The new Samsung Galaxy Note 4, successor to the current Samsung Galaxy Note 3 from the South Korean manufacturer Samsung, has starred in a new rumor in which we have learned that the screen size of this mobile phone could be 5.7 inches. In addition, we would be talking about a screen that would offer a very high image quality thanks to its 1440 pixels of resolution and its pixel density of 515 ppi.
This density of 515 pixels per inch would mean an improvement in image quality compared to the recently launched Samsung Galaxy S5, whose screen offers a pixel density of 432 ppi. Instead, the screen size would remain exactly the same as on the current Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (5.7 inches).
Although this rumor only talks about the size and resolution of the screen, we must not forget about the three-sided screen that some leaks associated with this new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 a few months ago. Although there is no official confirmation that this mobile phone will incorporate a screen with three faces, Samsung executives have dropped on more than one occasion the hint that the new Note could have a completely different design compared to the one we are used to today.
The three-sided screen offers certain advantages compared to conventional screens. The first of these advantages resides in comfort, since with a three-sided screen the user can directly access certain applications without having to navigate through the mobile interface. In addition, there is also the possibility that the side screens work independently, so that while we are running a game we could perhaps read a message or email received at that time on a side screen.
Regarding the specifications of this smartphone, rumors speak of the main chamber of the Galaxy Note 4 will be 16 megapixels, while whose processor name is still unknown - will be accompanied by a memory RAM that reach 3 GigaBytes.
At the moment the information related to the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is quite limited, since everything seems to indicate that we will have to wait until the month of September to attend the official presentation of this new smartphone. This presentation will take place at an event called IFA 2014, which basically corresponds to a technology fair in which the South Korean firm usually takes advantage of its presentations to publicize the new generations of the Galaxy Note mobile range.
In short, it is most likely that we will not begin to receive firmer rumors until well into the summer, which is a wait that will surely take us to July or even August. By then we hope that important data such as the processor, battery and design of the new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will be known.
