The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 will have a more advanced camera than the Galaxy S10
The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is just around the corner. Well, the truth is that there are a few months left: just over 3 for the company to officially present this new device. Or so the rumors say. The terminal will come in two versions: one normal and one Pro. They are expected to include the same processor as the Galaxy S10, but… what about the cameras? A new leak ensures that the Note 10's camera will be much more advanced than that of the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G model.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G includes a ToF sensor on its rear, a lens that is used to measure depth of field and achieve better results in photographs. A few new reports suggest that Samsung is working on a better ToF sensor using different vendors that are said to manufacture and produce this lens. Some of them with an investment of 11 million dollars. The aim is to include a sensor that really recognizes objects in 3D, and not an RGB lens that measures depth of field, as the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G includes. Taking into account that it would be in the back, the purpose would be to recognize the objects to help the blur effect or bring augmented reality features to the camera application. It's something Apple is working on.
ToF sensor only for Pro model?
With this sensor, there would be four cameras that this Samsung model would incorporate, since a main lens, a second wide-angle camera and a third telephoto lens are also expected to take zoomed photographs. We do not know for sure if it is only the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Pro or the normal model will also incorporate the sensor. The readers are clear, and it seems that only the most powerful variant will have this sensor. Even so, we will have to wait for official images to appear on these new devices. It's the easiest way to check how many lenses are on the back of the Galaxy Note 10 or Note 10 Pro.
