At the beginning of this month of July, we learned of a complete list that included the technical specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Mega 2, a new smartphone that the South Korean company Samsung would be working on at the moment. According to a new leak, this successor to the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 would be closer and closer to being officially presented since it would have already passed the necessary certifications to reach the mobile phone market.
According to the limited information that has been released through this latest leak, the final technical specifications of the new Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 would coincide with the information that we already knew so far in an extra-official way. The size of the terminal would be set at 164.4 x 85 mm, which would be a slight reduction in size compared to 167.6 x 88 mm from the previous Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3. This size reduction also would see on the screen size, as we would find a panel of 5.9 inches to reach a resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels.
As for its internal features, the Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 come with a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 with four cores that operate at a clock speed of 1.2 GHz. The capacity of the RAM memory would be established at 2 GigaBytes, while the internal storage space would be 8 GigaBytes, expandable by means of an external microSD memory card whose maximum capacity has not yet been disclosed. Compared to the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3, these three technical specifications are somewhat short and are even inferior to those of said mobile. Moreover also more fair to compare this handset with the Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 (released in April of the year 2013), which in the end and the place has a screen size much more similar to the Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 has starred this recent filtration.
If we analyze its technical specifications, we see the Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 incorporates a main camera of 12 megapixels (accompanied, almost certainly, a LED flash) and a front camera of five megapixels. The operating system installed as standard in this mobile corresponds to Android in one of its most recent and updated versions with minor corrections, Android 4.4.3 KitKat.
For now there is no more information about this smartphone, although its existence is practically confirmed one hundred percent considering that a few weeks ago Samsung accidentally published the information of this mobile on its website. Even so, it is difficult to predict when the official presentation of the Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 will take place taking into account the imminent launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 that could also be accompanied by the launch of the Virtual Reality project of the South Korean company.
