Samsung continues working to expand its Galaxy A family, which is having a lot of prominence this year. Proof of this are the different devices that we have been getting to know, such as the Samsung Galaxy A70, A50, A40, A30 or A20, to which the Galaxy A60 would soon join. In fact, the company has confirmed on its official Weibo account in China that the new model will debut on April 10, that is, in just a few days.
From what we know thanks to the leaks, this new team would arrive with a design very similar to that of its brothers: a screen with a notch in the shape of a drop of water and very reduced frames. This would be AMOLED type and would offer a size of 6.3 inches and Full HD + resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. In addition, we would find a fingerprint reader on its back, something that contradicts one of the March rumors that suggested that it could be included under the panel.
According to the Chinese certification agency TENAA, inside the Samsung Galaxy A60 there would be room for an eight-core processor working at a speed of 2.0 GHz. This chip would be accompanied by 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage (expandable by using microSD-type cards). At the photographic level, the Galaxy A60 would include a triple sensor on its rear of 16 + 8 + 5 megapixels. The latter would be in charge of taking the bokeh-type photos to give priority to one element of the image over the rest. For selfies we would have 32 megapixels. This sensor would be hidden in the notch in the shape of a drop of water on the front.
As for the rest of the features, the new model would equip a 3,410 mAh battery and Android 9 Pie system under the customization layer of the Samsung One UI company. We will be very aware of April 10 to give you all the information about the device. We also hope to know its price and availability in the market.
