Samsung has announced the availability in Spain of the Samsung Galaxy A30s, a terminal that we knew at the end of August as the improved version of the standard Galaxy A30. The device can be purchased both on the company's official website and in specialized stores (Fnac, PCcomponentes or Amazon) at a price of 280 euros for the version with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. It can be chosen in several colors: black, green and white.

As we say, the Samsung Galaxy A30s has landed in Spain in three stores, in addition to the official website of the company. One of them is Amazon, which offers it with the possibility of free shipping for Prime customers. It is also available in PCcomponentes or Fnac, where you can pick it up for free directly in the physical store. In any of them the price is the same: 280 euros in white, green or black with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal space.
Why is this price surprising?
Although the Samsung Galaxy A30s is a device that we can consider as economical if we take into account some of its features, it is true that its price has surprised us when comparing it with other more prominent members of the Galaxy A family. In fact, its value is very on par with models such as the Samsung Galaxy A70 or Samsung Galaxy A50, superior in performance. The first we have located in Phone House for 20 euros more. It costs about 300 euros. This equipment includes a 6.7-inch panel with Full HD + resolution (2,400 x 1,080), up to 6 GB of RAM, a triple camera with more resolution than the A30s, or a 4,500 mAh battery with 25 W fast charge.
For its part, the Samsung Galaxy A50 can be bought on Amazon for 270 euros, 10 euros cheaper even than the A30s. Its panel is the same size as the Galaxy A30s, but offers a higher resolution: Full HD +. In addition, it also has a better camera for selfies (25 megapixels). Otherwise, they are almost the same, with the difference that buying this model you can save 10 euros.
Main features of the Samsung Galaxy A30s
The Samsung Galaxy A30s debuted on August 22 as the upgraded version of the Galaxy A30. The terminal offers a nice all-screen design with a notch in the shape of a "V" where the camera for selfies is hidden. Its back part attracts a lot of attention, since it has a kind of geometric drawing that changes its tonality as the light shines on it. In addition, there are no distracting elements, except for the triple camera, located in the upper left corner, and the logo of the company that presides over the central part. The screen of the Galaxy A30s (Super AMOLED) has a size of 6.4 inches and a resolution of HD + (720 × 1560). Inside there is room for an 8-core processor: two of them running at a clock speed of 1.8 GHz and the other 6 at 1.6 GHz. In Spain it can be purchased with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of space, although there are also versions with 3 GB and other storage options: 32 or 128 GB.
At the photographic level, the Samsung Galaxy A30s stands out for its triple main camera consisting of a first 25-megapixel sensor, accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle, as well as a third 5-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies we have a lens hidden in the 16 megapixel notch. For the rest, the A30s also equips a 4,000 mAh battery with 15W fast charging, one of its main attributes, and is governed by Android 9 Pie.
