The Samsung Galaxy A have a new member. In this case, focused on the input range. It is the Samsung Galaxy A21, which replaces the Galaxy A20. This mobile comes with two more cameras than the previous version. Also with a bigger screen, better processor and more battery. We tell you if it is worth it or not.
One of the main changes of this Galaxy A21 with respect to the A20 is the main camera. Now it has a quadruple camera, instead of double. The primary lens, which takes wide-angle photos, has a resolution of 16 megapixels. It is followed by a second ultra-wide-angle camera, with a resolution of 8 megapixels. The other two sensors have 2 megapixel resolution, and are intended for depth of field, to aid in portrait mode, and telephoto. That is, for close-up photography. The front camera is 13 megapixels, and is located directly on the screen. On the previous model the selfie camera was in a notch.

AMOLED screen and battery with fast charge
The Samsung Galaxy A21 has a 6.5-inch screen with HD + resolution. It is an AMOLED panel, so we can make use of the dark mode, which comes under One UI 2.0 and Android 10. This terminal is compatible with this version. The dark mode, in addition to providing a different aesthetic to the interface, also allows us to save more battery. Battery that, by the way, is 4,000 mAh. Considering the screen resolution and processor optimization, we can expect a good runtime. In addition, it has a 15w fast charge.
In terms of performance, the terminal includes an eight-core Exynos processor. It is accompanied by a single version, with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. As is customary for Samsung, the memory can be expanded via micro SD cards.
Price and availability
The Samsung Galaxy A20 has been launched in the United States. It comes at a price of 250 dollars, about 230 euros to change. A somewhat high price considering the specifications. We do not know what the official price will be in Spain. At the moment, and taking into account the specifications and the price, it may be better to look for an alternative that is somewhat cheaper and offers similar characteristics. Of course, in the photographic section we see a very good evolution compared to the previous generation.
