The Nokia brand wants to relive its glory days. After changing hands (now HMD Global owns the brand) and washing their faces with their move to Android, they prepare for a new assault on the market. The Nokia 3 is the first of the family to arrive in our country. This five-inch terminal , 8 megapixel front camera, 2 GB of RAM and Android 7 is a clear mid-range that we can now find for a price of 160 euros.
features
This Nokia 3 maintains an aesthetic similar to the Lumia, with a plastic body and an aluminum frame for a five-inch screen. It is powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core Mediatek MT6737 chip and 2GB of RAM. The storage is 16 GB, expandable up to 128 GB via microSD.
One of its great positive points is that it has Android 7 Nougat operating system, something that not all mid-range can boast. Far and forgotten are the days of Windows Phone, its greatest and main ally.
In the photographic part, the rear and front cameras are 8 megapixels, with f / 2.0, and allow recording video in HD. Camera parity is another great decision that puts this Nokia 3 above other similar mobiles. Also, the battery is 2,630 mAh. Finally, it has a 4G connection, NFC, GPS, gyroscope, accelerometer and FM radio. What we miss the most is the fingerprint reader, which it does not have.
Availability and price
The new Nokia 3 is available in white, copper, black and blue. Of course, not all stores still have the model in their catalog. As of this writing, Media Markt or El Corte Inglés do not sell it in their web stores. Fnac, however, offers it, for 160 euros, in all available colors. Amazon also sells it for the same price.
Carrefour, for its part, still offers a Black SIM version in import, and therefore the price rises to 190 euros. As the days go by, we imagine that the offer will be expanded to the different stores in the market. Either way, fans of the brand can now get hold of your Nokia 3 with Android 7 for a very reasonable price, and have it at home in a few days.
