The nexus 7 will be sold in spain with android version 4.1.1
The arrival of Nexus 7 in Spain is getting closer and closer. Next September, all Spaniards will be able to buy the new Google equipment through the Internet giant's online store, better known as Google Play. In addition, it is known that it will arrive with a new version of the operating system: Android 4.1.1. And it is that being a Nexus team has its advantages: enjoying the updates before anyone else.
It will be one of the most affordable options in the tablet sector. And it is that Nexus 7 "" the first foray of Google in this market "" will come at a price that starts from 200 euros for the model with less capacity: Nexus 7 of eight GigaBytes. Meanwhile, the 16 GB version will raise its price to 250 euros. But taking a look at its technical characteristics, it can be seen that the amount to be paid for the equipment is one of the lowest. As the company has recently commented, the profits from the sale of this equipment are nothing to write home about.
And it is that with Nexus 7, Google intends to further expand its business model based on Google Play "" something similar to what could be seen in the model that Amazon follows with its Kindle Fire "", where the user will have access to a large number of paid "" and free "" content to enjoy from wherever you want. Some examples would be being able to read electronic books; download magazines; watch movies, in addition to being able to continue enjoying and getting the most out of it thanks to the more than 600,000 available applications.
But beware, if the client can boast of something that is done with the Nexus 7 is updates. And it is that Google takes care of all its customers and offers them first all the updates that go on the market "" whenever the technical characteristics allow it "". Also, no overlay interface; in this case you can enjoy the original appearance of the Google platform.
During the presentation of this tablet, Google also showed the specialized press what would be the next version of its operating system. And as a result of the last months of work, Android 4.1, also known as Jelly Bean, was presented . But, apparently, this will not be the version with which it appears for the first time in Spain, but instead Nexus 7 will come with a new platform: Android 4.1.1.
Among some of its novelties is the non-support of Adobe Flash. Although the company behind this technology will withdraw support from all Android devices on the market in August and will focus on the new standard: HTML5. Another novelty that is indicated is the arrival of Google Wallet to the Nexus 7.
The Google device has NFC ( Near Field Communication ) technology inside. What does this allow to do? Well, in addition to being able to connect with different latest generation accessories, or pass information to other computers with slight physical touches, you can also make small payments without having to carry your credit card. And the latter is what Google Wallet does.
