The night mode in the front camera comes through a small update in both models of the P series. After installing this new version, we will only have to go to the camera app, click on the button that changes to the front lens and select the mode night. This option is perfect for night selfies, as it automatically modifies the ISO to get the best images. Unfortunately the update is coming in a phased manner. On my Huawei P30 Pro I have not received this version yet, but it will likely be available in a few weeks.

In addition to the night mode in the selfies, the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro receive the August security patch, which corrects different vulnerabilities in the system and interface. Version 9.1.0.193 has been released in China, and will be available in other markets in the coming weeks. If you have activated the automatic update option, it will appear later and when you are connected to a stable WI-FI network. Otherwise, you should go to Settings> System> Software update> Check for updates. Although it is a small version, it is advisable to make a backup of your data. Also, keep in mind that some internal system storage will be necessary, as well as having an autonomy of at least 50 percent to apply the download and installation.
