The EMUI update in version 9.1 is coming down on a large number of Huawei and Honor devices. It will be from this week and during the following weeks when a large part of the brand's catalog is updated to the new version of the customization layer of the Chinese company. Thanks to Huawei Central we can now know that the Huawei Mate 20 series will receive one of the most useful features of the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro. We are talking about Moon Mode, the camera function included the Huawei P series that allows us to obtain an image improved Earth's satellite through Artificial Intelligence.
Huawei's Moon Mode will reach only a few Mate 20
It was just today when the Huawei Mate 20 received the EMUI 9.1 update under the 9.1.0.300 update package. Among the changes announced by the company is Moon Mode, a feature that combines the camera's optical zoom with Artificial Intelligence to display a fully focused image of the Moon.
As we can see in the original news in Huawei Central, the update in question will be limited only to the Huawei Mate 20 Pro and Huawei Mate 20 X models. The Mate 20 and Mate 20 Lite are out for now, at least until further notice. It is not ruled out, even so, that the Mate 2o receives the aforementioned feature of the P30 through a future update, as it has a processor and a camera similar to those of the Pro model. The Lite model, for its part, is totally ruled out, as it does not have a configuration capable enough to take photographs of this type.
As for the rest of the features of the new update, we find an improvement in performance thanks to the optimization of the layer by Huawei. A slight redesign of some of the parts of the system is also announced, as well as the adjustments to “unify the experience”. But perhaps the most acclaimed novelty by users is GPU Turbo 3.0, the new version of the brand's acceleration technology that promises a higher and more stable FPS rate in all games compatible with the aforementioned technology.
In case you want to update to EMUI 9.1, the process is as simple as accessing the Android Settings and clicking on System. Then we will give System updates and then the phone will check for new updates.
