If you don't want to spend a lot of money on a new mobile, Xiaomi has several alternatives. Phones from 150 euros onwards with very good features and a good design. Somewhat more expensive, for 200, for those looking for a good camera and screen. But also terminals that are below 100 euros for those users who want what is just and necessary on a mobile. The Redmi 7A costs 100 euros, and offers us a great battery, facial recognition and a Qualcomm brand processor. Xiaomi has wanted to renew this device with a new feature, this is the Redmi 8A Dual.
The main novelty of this Redmi 8A Dual is the inclusion of a double main camera. The Redmi 7A only had one lens on the back. Now, the photographic section is more versatile, since it allows us to take pictures with portrait mode thanks to the 2 megapixel depth lens. The primary camera has a 13-megapixel resolution with f / 2.2 aperture. In addition, the front is 8 megapixels, and is under a notch of 'drop type'. The inclusion of a notch is another of the novelties of the Redmi 8A, since the previous model had a frame in the upper area.
6.22-inch screen and 5,000 mAh battery
Regarding the technical specifications, the new Redmi 8A has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 processor. It is an eight-core chip that is accompanied by 2 or 3 GB of RAM, as well as 32 GB of internal storage. These are expandable by micro SD, for all those users who want to store images and other files in the terminal. The panel is 6.22 inches with a resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels. An HD panel does not consume as much as one with Full HD or 2K resolution. But if it seems like a high resolution for a mid-range terminal, don't worry; its battery is 5,000 mAh. It also has 18W fast charging, the same charging power as the iPhone 11 Pro.
Price and availability
The Redmi 8A Dual has been announced in India. We still do not know if this model will arrive in Spain, but considering that the Redmi 7A (its previous version) is for sale, we would not be surprised to see that it arrives in a few weeks . As for the price, the version of 2 GB + 32 GB of storage costs about 85 euros to change. The variant with 3 GB of RAM goes up to 90 euros to change.
