We have been seeing leaks and news for a few months from the Samsung Galaxy A8s, the company's first mobile to include a camera directly on the screen to be able to apply a panel without frames. We already know some of its specifications and what this front panel could look like based on the different images and leaks, but until now we had not seen real images. We show them below.
The images have appeared after passing through TENAA. While it is true that they are not of great quality, it perfectly shows the rear and front design of the device. We see a glass back with rounded corners and a very striking gradient finish. The Galaxy A8s will have a triple main camera, we see it in the upper area, vertically shaped and accompanied by an LED flash. In the center, the fingerprint reader, as well as the Samsung logo.
Galaxy A8s with on-screen camera
On the front you can see the camera in the left area, although the minimum frames that the terminal should have are not correctly appreciated. In the upper area we can see the speaker hole, something that confirms those minimal frames and the camera on the screen. Another interesting aspect of the design is that the Bixby button is in the left area, while the volume and power button is in the right area.
The leak also reveals some specifications. It seems that the dimensions of this terminal will be 158.4 x 74.9 and only 7.4 millimeters thick. It will have a 6.39-inch screen, which could incorporate a Full HD + resolution. In addition, it would come with a range of 3,300 mAh and support for Dual SIM. The Samsung Galaxy A8s will be officially presented on December 10, a few days before the Huawei Nova 4, another mobile with an on-screen camera.
