With the return to school, many releases are expected for the end of August and the beginning of September. One of the most important would be that of LG. And it is that the South Korean firm would have the firm intention of unveiling a new team. It would be the LG V30. But this is nothing new.
What has leaked in the last hours is the possibility that there is a new complementary model. It would be an LG V30 Plus, a model with a screen of up to 6 inches. A little bigger than the original device.
For the rest, this same team is expected to respect part of the heritage of its brother, the LG V30. It would have, yes, other characteristics that would distinguish it from the first. One of the most important: that it would have more internal memory. We would be talking about 128 GB, compared to the 64 GB from which the first would start.
LG V30 Plus, more screen and more memory
We have already indicated that the LG V30 Plus would respect a large part of the benefits that have been leaked so far. Except internal memory and screen. For the rest, it seems that the technical sheet would be shared.
So, what we can expect is an OLED screen with a resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels. The resulting density would, in that case, be 537 dots per inch. It should be noted, on the other hand, that this panel could be covered with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The two devices would share a Qualcomm MSM8998 Snapdragon 835 processor, with eight cores (4 × 2.45 GHz Kryo & 4 × 1.9 GHz Kryo) and an Adreno 540 graphics card (GPU). In the camera section, both teams would be planted with a dual 13 megapixel sensor (f / 1.6 + f / 2.2), with dual LED flash, geotagging, touch focus, face detector or HDR. The secondary camera, in both cases, would have 8 megapixels.
The operating system chosen for the occasion would be Android 7.1 Nougat. A version that later, we understand, could be updated without problems to Android 8.
They would naturally include a fingerprint sensor. And also water resistance, thanks to an IP68 certification. According to these rumors, there would also be no variations with respect to the battery of both teams. Whose capacity would be 3,200 milliamps, which is not bad at all to provide autonomy for a couple of days of normal use.
