LG has just announced what is supposed to be the successor to the LG Q60. We are talking about the LG Q61. The phone comes with several new features. The most interesting of all has to do with the photographic section. Now the phone has four cameras on the back and one on the front. The design is also renewed, with a more optimized front in terms of screen occupation.

Design in line with the 2020 trend
So is. The phone has a front that now opts for the hole in the screen to further optimize the size of the frames. The screen, by the way, uses a 6.5-inch panel with Full HD + resolution and IPS technology.
Regarding the construction of the phone, the LG Q61 has a rear made of glass and a metal chassis with military resistance MIL-STD 810G to shocks and drops. Also, the terminal is accompanied by a fingerprint sensor and a button dedicated exclusively to the Google assistant.
Mediatek heart, with all that this entails
The news in the technical section are not many. LG has once again opted for Mediatek for the LG Q61 processor. We are talking about the Helio P35, a model slightly superior to last year's P22 but which is still far from what the competition offers with Snapdragon processors. It is accompanied by 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage expandable with micro SD cards.
For the rest, the device comes with Android 10 and a 4,000 mAh battery. Unfortunately we do not find any type of fast charge.
Cameras to give and give away
As I pointed out at the beginning, the biggest novelty of the LG Q61 compared to the 2019 model comes with the photographic section. The manufacturer has opted for the most popular camera configuration of this 2020: main sensor, wide angle, macro and sensor dedicated to bokeh. Specifically, the cameras of the terminal have 48, 8, 2 and 5 megapixels respectively. On the front we find a single 16 megapixel sensor with face unlock functions.
Price and availability of the LG Q61 in Spain
As usual, LG has not confirmed the price or availability of the phone in Europe. The exchange price in Spain would leave us with a value of about 275 euros, a price that almost doubles the starting price of its brother. We will have to see how and in what way it reaches the old continent, but everything indicates that its price will be around 300 euros, in the absence of official confirmation.
