Last March we were able to take a look at it at the Mobile World Congress 2012 in Barcelona, and in the next few days it could begin to reach distributors throughout Europe. We are talking about the LG Optimus 3D Max, the mobile with which the South Korean firm reissues the idea it had last year: a smartphone equipped with the latest of the latest, and something else. That is, compatibility with 3D content that works autonomously, that is, they do not require glasses or other accessories to be able to testify to the unique three-dimensional effect shown on the screen. It is what is called autostereoscopy.
As confirmed by the LG company itself, the LG Optimus 3D Max will begin to arrive in the next few days to the stores that are responsible for marketing the second generation of the phone that the firm defined as the tri-dual mobile "" dual core, bifocal camera and dual channel memory ””. At the moment there is no news about when it will begin to be sold, nor is its price known. However, some of these distributors have already left clues about this last question.
Such is the case, for example, of the German version of the popular online store Amazon, which among its shelves has already shown the LG Optimus 3D Max, presenting a price of about 500 euros in free format. The doubt is then installed in knowing to what extent the European operators will have this terminal to sell it, either through the classic subsidy formulas or through financing "" as they do in our country Vodafone, Movistar and Yoigo "".
Technically, this LG Optimus 3D Max ”” which in South Korea is known as LG Optimus 3D Cube ”” continues to bet on a 4.3-inch screen with WVGA resolution ”” 800 x 480 pixels ” ” compatible with the system autostereoscopic to which we have alluded. Again, it carries a bifocal camera, capable of capturing three-dimensional photos with a maximum resolution of five megapixels and 720p high definition videos that show this peculiar depth effect. The LG Optimus 3D Max insists with a dual-core processor that uses 1.2 GHz power, opting foreight GB internal memory, expandable with up to an additional 32 GB from microSD memories, and one GB of RAM in total.
As was the case with the LG Optimus 3D, this renewed edition will not be released with the most advanced version of the Google operating system at the time. Although that terminal was put into circulation with Android 2.2 FroYo, being one of the last to be updated to Android 2.3 Gingerbread, this time it is this latest edition of the platform that is presented predefined in the LG Optimus 3D Max, without news about when it would catch up with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
The LG Optimus 3D Max will arrive, of course, with a renewed connection system, where we will consider the integration of NFC proximity communication functions, as well as a high definition MHL output and compatibility with the multimedia standard for DLNA wireless networks.
