The South Korean company LG has just confirmed both the price and the availability of its new LG G2 Mini. We are talking about a smartphone that comes with the intention of offering a simpler and cheaper alternative to the LG G2, and therefore its price will be set at 350 euros. Regarding its availability, European users will have to wait until the middle of April to receive this new terminal in stores.
But first, let's get down to business with this smartphone. The LG G2 Mini is a mid-range smartphone aimed at people looking for a terminal with good performance at a price far from the 600 or 700 euros that the higher versions of this type of ranges cost. Although we speak of a " Mini " edition, the truth is that the 4.7-inch screen (with 960 x 540 pixels) of this mobile does not make us think that we are facing a mid-range team. Inside we find a quad- core processor that works at a clock speed of 1.7 GHz together with a RAM memory with a capacity of1 GigaByte. The internal storage capacity is 8 GigaBytes expandable through a microSD card of up to 64 GigaBytes of capacity.
And the technical specifications do not end there. The operating system installed as standard is Android in its latest version of Android 4.4.2 KitKat. We also have two cameras, among which the main chamber with its sensor of no less than 13 megapixels (in the case of editing 4G this terminal, since editing 3G incorporates a camera of eight megapixels). The much more modest, front camera offers a sensor of 1.3 megapixels should resultarnos enough to make video calls possible. As we mentioned when talking about the main camera, the LG G2 MiniIt will be available in two versions: one with ultra-fast 4G Internet connectivity and another with traditional 3G connectivity. For now there are many doubts as to which version this price corresponds to, so we will have to wait a few days to know this important detail.
And let's not forget about the battery. The LG G2 Mini incorporates a battery with a capacity of 2,420 milliamps, which taking into account the technical specifications of this terminal should offer us more than enough autonomy for conventional use.
In short, anyone who is looking for an alternative to the LG G2 does not have to go very far from this South Korean company to find the LG G2 Mini a balanced option within its price range. The only thing we need to know is the exact date from which we can acquire this terminal in European stores, although what we do know one hundred percent is that the starting price of the LG G2 Mini will be set at 350 euros with taxes included.
