The telephone company Vodafone has begun to distribute a new update to owners of the LG G2 (model D802 ) in Spain that brings with it the version of Android 5.0.2 Lollipop, one of the most recent versions of the Android operating system. This new update corresponds to the v30d version (the full version seems to correspond to the LGD802_Lollipop_Android_D802_v30d numbering), and at the moment it can only be downloaded through the LG PC Suite program, which means that the only way to install it in the mobile uses a computer with a connection toInternet.

How to download and install Android 5.0.2 Lollipop on the Vodafone LG G2

1. First we need to be downloaded and installed on your computer the PC Suite for LG. 2. In addition, before installing the update that Vodafone has begun to distribute, it is first necessary that our LG G2 meets two requirements: that it has been sold by Vodafone and that it corresponds to the D802 model. To check the model of our mobile we have to enter the Settings application, click on the " About device " section and look at the " Model number " section.
3. Once we have downloaded and installed the program on our computer, we proceed to open it and then connect our LG G2 to the computer using a USB cable. The program should automatically detect our mobile and, if it is the first time we connect it, it should begin to install the necessary drivers.
4. Afterwards, we have to click on the " Connect " button that we will see in the upper left part of the program. A pop-up window will open in which we have to make sure that the " USB connection " option is selected and then click on the " Try to connect " button.
5. In the event that the connection has been made successfully, in the lower right part of the program we should see a button with the name " Update verification ". We click on it and from here we only have to follow the instructions that will be shown on the screen.
