The South Korean company LG seems to have at least two novelties for this new year 2015. As we anticipated a little over a month ago, a new leak has revealed that the LG G Flex 2 could be presented at CES 2015, the technological event that we have just around the corner and that we can attend in a matter of days (between January 6 and 9). We would be talking about the presentation of the successor to the LG G Flex, the smartphone with a curved screen that was officially presented at the beginning of last year 2014. Also, the presentation of the LG G Flex 2it would also add to the also probably immediate presentation of the new LG G4.
As revealed to us by this new leak released by an Asian website that responds to the name of Naver , the LG G Flex 2 will be presented keeping the characteristic of the curved screen among its specifications. The LG G Flex screen had a size of six inches, and in the case of the LG G Flex 2 the screen size is expected to be between five and 5.5 inches (reaching a resolution that will probably be 1,920 x 1,080 pixels).
The leak also indicates that the LG G Flex 2 will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor with 64-bit technology. Said processor will be accompanied by the connectivity of LTE-A, which means that the G Flex 2 of LG will be able to achieve download speeds of up to 300 Mbps through the data rate. And although the leak makes no mention of the operating system, it is not unreasonable to think that it could be Android in its most recent version of Android 5.0 Lollipop.
And although at the moment no specific information has emerged about what the new LG G Flex 2 will look like, the processor manufacturer Qualcomm recently published an image that could perfectly correspond to the LG G Flex 2. In this image, the only thing that can be seen is that the smartphone that appears in it houses the traditional physical button located on the back cover that LG usually incorporates in its most popular mobiles.
At the beginning we mentioned that LG has, at least, two important novelties prepared for this year. If one of them is the LG G Flex 2, what is the other? Neither more nor less than the new LG G4, the successor to the current LG G3. Beyond the technical specifications that are being rumored about this flagship (5.3 inches with Quad HD resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, 4 GigaBytes of RAM, etc.), what is really interesting about the information that is known about LG G4resides in that this new mobile could incorporate as standard a digital pen, the G Pen.
Recall that CES 2015 is held this month, between January 6 and 9. Although, as it usually happens in previous years, one day before the celebration of this technological event we will already have to be attentive to the large companies since some of them can anticipate presenting some of their novelties in advance.
