At the end of last year 2014, some details about the LG G Pen were leaked, which was thought to be the digital pen that would incorporate the new LG G4 from the South Korean company LG as standard. This time around, a new rumor reveals that LG might have scrapped the possibility of incorporating the LG G Pen in the LG G4. But this would not mean the disappearance of the LG G Pen digital pen, since apparently LG would be working on a new mid-range mobile that would succeed the LG G3 Stylus and that would continue to incorporate a digital pen as standard.
The smartphone that would succeed the LG G3 Stylus could respond at this time to the name of LG-H631 (commercial name yet to be defined), and we could perfectly be talking about the new LG G4 Stylus. The LG G4 Stylus would be a smartphone would happen to the LG G3 Stylus presented during the month of August of the year 2014, and presumably their availability go hand in hand with the launch of the new LG G4.
Beyond the digital pen, the only features that have been known regarding the LG G4 Stylus speak of a screen resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels and connectivity 4G LTE for ultra-fast Internet. In any case, the LG G4 Stylus would incorporate lower technical specifications than the LG G4, and everything indicates that we would be talking about a mid-range mobile.
Assuming that the LG G4 Stylus is presented simultaneously alongside the LG G4, the most likely date for the launch of these two smartphones points directly to MWC 2015. This technological event, the Mobile World Congress 2015, is held in the city of Barcelona (Spain) between the 2nd and 5th of next March.
At the moment there is no definitive data that denies the possibility that LG will release the technical specifications of the LG G4 during MWC 2015, so we will have to wait until the celebration of this event to discover the news that this company has prepared for the year 2015 in terms of mobile telephony.
As regards the LG G3 Stylus, we are talking about a smartphone that once presented with features including a screen of 5.5 inches with 960 x 540 pixel resolution, a processor MediaTek of four cores (model MT6582) running at 1.3 GHz clock speed, 1 GigaByte of RAM, 8 GigaBytes of internal storage (expandable via a microSD card up to 32 GigaBytes), a 13 megapixel main camera, a battery of3000 mAh capacity, the operating system Android version of Android 4.4.2 KitKat and a digital pen with very similar features to those offered by the pen of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 of Samsung.
