Huawei would be working on a new high-end phone that would come hand in hand with a vitaminized version. We are talking about the Huawei P20 and Huawei P20 Plus, which would be released on March 27 in Paris. In the last hours, some renderings of the P20 Plus have been leaked that show it from all its angles. These images have revealed a design similar to the iPhone X, with a fringe or notch, and an innovative triple camera system.
Slim and compact design
The Huawei P20 Plus is expected to land with a slim and narrow design. The device could have measures of 155.3 x 74.2 x 7.7 mm approx. (9.8 mm including the camera stop). Rumors agree that the terminal would arrive with a 6-inch screen, although at the moment it is a fact that must be taken with some caution. What does show up in the leaked renderings are two notable elements: the headphone jack and what appears to be an infrared projector.
But undoubtedly the highlight of the Huawei P20 Plus would clearly be its built-in main triple camera. Traditionally, Huawei uses a dual camera system, with a secondary lens, usually monochrome, that works in conjunction with the main one to capture more detail and light at night. Everything indicates that the company would maintain this configuration, but there is a great question still unanswered: what would that third party be? A telephoto lens? A wide-angle camera? Unfortunately, there are still a few weeks left to find out what Huawei has in store for us.
However, more details about this new camera have also been leaked. It would offer a total of 40 megapixels and a zoom of up to 5x. Other rumors maintain that the lenses would be manufactured by Leica, and that the front sensor would have 24 megapixels. Without a doubt, everything suggests that the Huawei P20 Plus would have one of the best cameras on the market. As we say, the presentation of the devices would be on March 27 in the city of love: Paris.
