After several weeks of rumors and leaks, the Huawei P20 Lite 2019 is official. The iconic model of the Chinese brand comes as a successor to the mythical Huawei P20 Lite presented in 2018. It does so with hardware that is comparatively superior to that of the current Huawei P30 Lite, with up to four cameras on the back and a hole in the screen as the main differential point. Another of its strengths comes from the hand of the battery, no less than 4,000 mAh. Will it be enough to convince? We see it below.

Screen notch and glass design
Unlike the Huawei P30 Lite, the Huawei P20 Lite 2019 opts for a risky design based on matte glass with a fingerprint sensor on the back - no fingerprint sensor on the screen - and an island-shaped notch. The latter is located in the upper left corner of the terminal, and helps to increase, together with the reduced lower frame, the percentage of front surface occupied by the screen.
Otherwise, the terminal has lines very similar to those of the P30 Lite. 6.4-inch screen with Full HD + resolution and IPS technology and dimensions of 159.1 millimeters high, 75.9 wide and 8.3 thick along with a weight of only 178 grams.
Same hardware as the rest of Huawei's mid-range
In the hardware section, surprises are rather non-existent. With a Kirin 710 processor along with 4, 6 and 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, the terminal has the same characteristics as the Huawei P30 Lite.
As for the rest of the specifications, it is known that it will come with a battery of no less than 4,000 mAh with fast charge (the type of charge is unknown), in addition to NFC, WiFi compatible with all bands and Bluetooth 4.2.
Up to four cameras in the rear
If there is one thing that makes the Huawei P20 Lite 2019 different from the P30 Lite, it is the camera, or rather, the cameras.
Three 16, 8 and 2 megapixel sensors with wide-angle and telephoto lenses and a focal aperture f / 1.8 in the case of the main sensor is what we find in the P20 Lite. Exactly the same configuration as the P30 Lite. The main difference with respect to the latter comes from the hand of the fourth 2-megapixel sensor to improve photographs in portrait mode.
As for the front camera, the P20 Lite 2019 opts for a 16 megapixel sensor with a focal aperture f / 2.0 very similar to that of the P30 Lite, although with a lower resolution due to its size.
Yes, it comes with Android as the base system
Neither veto by Trump, much less by Google. The Huawei P20 integrates EMUI 9, the latest version of Huawei's customization layer.
It does so under the basis of Android 9 Pie in all its glory, with Google Play Services and the Google application store to make use of the entire Android ecosystem.
Below 300 euros
It was only a few minutes ago when the price of the terminal leaked in MediaMarkt. Specifically, the Huawei P20 Lite 2019 will start at a price of 299 euros in Europe.
The version in question is the P20 Lite with 128 GB of storage. The amount of RAM memory of the terminal is unknown, but everything indicates that it will be 4 and even 6 GB. The rest of the versions, meanwhile, could go up to 349 and 499 euros respectively.
When will it arrive in Spain and the rest of the countries? At the moment we cannot confirm any data, as they are mere assumptions. However, logic tells us that it will be from July when the P20 Lite 2019 officially hits the market.
