While its main competitor the Samsung Galaxy Fold still rests in the Samsung facilities awaiting its, hopefully, final launch, the Huawei Mate X is already preparing its imminent landing in stores. This new (and expensive) terminal has just received, in China, the 3C certification (CCC), a quality standard that approves and determines if a product can be put on sale. The model carries the number TAH-AN00 and we can also see that it will be equipped with 5G technology (which will arrive in our country on June 15 in 15 different cities thanks to Vodafone) and a super fast battery charge of 55W. The official release date has yet to be revealed but we assume it must be imminent.
Huawei Mate X in stores coming soon
This Huawei Mate X stands out above other terminals by having a folding screen of 8 inches (unfolded format) and 6'6 (folded) with resolution 2200 x 2480. Its interior is equipped with a Kirin 980 processor built in 7 nanometers with a maximum clock speed of 2.6 Ghz and accompanied by 8 GB RAM and 512 GB of internal storage. As for the photographic section we have a quadruple sensor of 40 + 8 + 16 + TOF camera that includes wide-angle, telephoto and ultra-wide angle with Leica optics. The rear camera acts as a selfie camera, so we will have to do without it.
Regarding the autonomy section, this great device will have a 4,500 mAh battery, 55W fast charge and in the connections section we see dual band WiFi, 5G, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, infrared port, USB Type C and fingerprint sensor mounted on the side of the terminal.
We do not yet know the exact date of departure, so we will have to be pending further information. This new folding mobile from Huawei is expected to go on sale with a price of about 2,300 euros. We will have to see how the US blockade affects sales, since the user is currently quite suspicious of the brand.
