The Chinese company Huawei has something important on its hands - most likely ahead of the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2015 technology event. As an official Asian certification has revealed to us, Huawei is working on a new high-end smartphone that will respond to the name Huawei Glory 6X, as we were already aware of a previous leak. This time, two models of the new Glory 6X have passed through the certification: the Huawei PE-TL10 and the Huawei PE-UL10, two names corresponding most likely to a Dual-SIM version and another conventional version of the new Huawei Glory 6X.
As confirmed this new certification, Huawei Glory 6X be a smartphone type phablet incorporating a screen of 5.5 inches (with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels). Measures of this terminal will reach 150.46 75.68 í- í- 7.5 mm, while the weight of the device will be set at 165 grams.
The performance of the Huawei Glory 6X will be powered by an eight-core processor that, unlike the Huawei Honor 6 (which incorporates a HiSilicon Kirin processor), could correspond to a processor model developed by a company outside of Huawei. The capacity of the RAM memory will be 3 GigaBytes, while the internal storage space will reach 32 GigaBytes, expandable by means of an external microSD card of up to 64 GigaBytes.
A curious feature of this new Huawei Glory 6X is that it will incorporate two main cameras (or in other words, a dual-camera similar to the one we can find in the HTC One M8). At the moment, the use that Huawei plans to give this camera is unknown, although everything indicates that it will be a technology that will allow double-focus photographs, in such a way that the user can edit the focus of the snapshots even after they have been taken. On the other hand, although in the images of the certification the existence of a front camera can be seen, the truth is that at the moment we do not know the number of megapixels that the sensor housed in it will include.
The rest of the Huawei Glory 6X features are summarized in an operating system corresponding to Android in its version of Android 4.4.2 KitKat, a customization layer corresponding to the most recent version of the Emotion UI interface (probably the same version as the one that incorporates the Huawei Ascend Mate7) and compatibility with 4G connectivity (ultra-fast Internet).
The Huawei Glory 6X will probably be officially presented next December. We will have to wait until then to find out if this smartphone will reach the European market, since at the moment its availability is only confirmed in Asian territory.
