The Chinese company Huawei has begun to distribute a new update this week for the Huawei Ascend P7. The update consists of a file that occupies a space of 175 MegaBytes and responds to the name of L10V100R001C00B126. This update does not introduce any new version neither in the operating system (Android 4.4.2 KitKat) nor in the interface (Emotion UI 2.3) of the Huawei Ascend P7, so it seems rather to be a small patch destined to solve the detected failures on this mobile since its launch (May of this same year).
Although this new update has only been detected in Germany, everything seems to indicate that in the next few days it will also be distributed throughout the rest of Europe. And although the update does not imply any important novelty, it should be noted that we are facing the first official update that the Huawei Ascend P7 receives from Huawei, so it is to be assumed that the Chinese company has launched this new file with the intention to solve the errors reported in recent months by users.
Owners of a Huawei Ascend P7 who want to install this update should only wait for their terminal to notify them of the availability of this file through a notification. As with any other manufacturer's mobile updates, in this case it is recommended to use the WiFi connection when downloading the update for the simple reason that our data rate could be exhausted in a matter of seconds if we decide use it to download this file.
Leaving this update aside, the real novelty that Huawei Ascend P7 owners have ahead of them is the arrival of the Emotion UI 3.0 interface. It is a new version of the interface installed as standard in this mobile, and it is expected that it will end up arriving at the Ascend P7 in the form of an official update that would be distributed worldwide in the coming months.
Let us also remember that currently the Huawei Ascend P7 is the flagship with which Huawei seeks to establish itself in the high-end market of European mobile telephony. We talk about a smartphone that comes with a screen five inches with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. Inside we have a processor HISILICON Kirin 910T of four cores operating at a clock speed of 1.8 GHz with a memory RAM of 2 gigabytes. The internal storage space is 16 GigaBytes expandable through a microSD cardup to 64 GigaBytes. The operating system corresponds to Android in one of its most recent versions, Android 4.4.2 KitKat. The main camera incorporates a sensor of 13 megapixels, and the battery which makes possible all these specifications comes with a capacity of 2,500 milliamperes.
