The HTC Desire 620 is a smartphone from the Taiwanese brand HTC that was initially presented last November only in the Asian market. Today we have learned that the HTC Desire 620 will also arrive in Europe, and its landing will begin to take place from January of next year 2015. At the moment the only countries confirmed to receive the Desire 620 in stores are the United Kingdom and Germany, although it is to be assumed that its arrival will also occur in other countries such as, for example, Spain.
The starting price of the HTC Desire 620 in Europe will be set at 280 euros in the case of the German market, so it is to be assumed that if it reaches the rest of the countries the price of this smartphone would remain in a line close to the 300 euros. This price would be very similar to the starting price of the predecessor of the Desire 620, the HTC Desire 610, which reached Spanish stores last March with a starting price set at 330 euros.
The HTC Desire 620 is a mid- range smartphone that is part of HTC's broad line of Desire smartphones. The Desire 620 is presented with a display of five inches to reach a resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels, resulting in a significant improvement compared to the screen of 4.7 inches with 960 x 540 pixels resolution incorporating the HTC Desire 610.
The performance of the HTC Desire 620 is powered by a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 of quad core technology of 64 bit that works together with a memory RAM with 1 gigabyte capacity. The internal storage space is 8 GigaBytes, and although at first it seems somewhat limited, it must also be borne in mind that the Desire 620 incorporates a slot for external microSD memory cards. The operating system installed as standard corresponds to Android in one of its most recent versions, Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
In the multimedia aspect, the HTC Desire 620 incorporates a main camera with a sensor of eight megapixels (accompanied by Flash LED) and a secondary camera -located on the front of the phone with a sensor to five megapixels. All these specifications are complemented by a 2,100 mAh battery capacity and 4G LTE connectivity, which allows download speeds of up to 150 Mbps through the data rate.
We will still have to wait until January to find out if HTC decides to launch the HTC Desire 620 in Spain. In the case of the United Kingdom, the distribution of this terminal will take place through several telephone operators, so we cannot rule out the possibility that companies such as Movistar, Vodafone or Orange will become in charge of distributing this smartphone in the territory. Spanish.
