The recently introduced Honor 6 Plus has not yet reached the European market, but the leaks related to the Honor 7 are revealing that Honor will present a new smartphone with a metal case in a matter of weeks. This new smartphone will respond to the name of Honor 7, and rumors have revealed that it will be a phablet- type mobile that will incorporate features headed by a 5.5-inch screen. Its presentation date is not yet confirmed, although there seems to be no doubt that it will reach Europe.
These new leaked photos focus on the back cover of the new Honor 7, and apparently they seem to confirm that this new Honor mobile will incorporate a completely metal case. But we must not be fooled by the appearance of the case, since although in the filtered images it appears separated from the rest of the body of the mobile, if we look at the bottom of the second photograph (where there are metallic pins) we will see that the Honor 7's back cover doesn't look like it's going to be removable. What is confirmed is that this new terminal will come with a fingerprint scanner, located in a position very similar to that of the fingerprint reader.Huawei Ascend Mate 7, and a main camera accompanied by its respective Dual-LED Flash.
Regarding the technical specifications, rumors suggest that this new Honor 7 is presented with a screen 5.5 inches to achieve a resolution still specify (remember that the Honor 6 Plus reached the 1,920 x 1,080 pixels, to the same as the Mate 7). Inside, this new mobile will incorporate a HiSilicon Kirin 930/935 processor (developed by Huawei), 3 GigaBytes of RAM and some of the most recent versions of the Android operating system accompanied by Huawei's EMUI 3.1 customization layer..
It is still early to talk about other possible features of the Honor 7 such as the internal memory or the sensor of the main camera, although we can mention that everything indicates that we are talking about a smartphone that will incorporate a microSD card slot.
To give us an idea of the technical specifications that we can expect from the Honor 7, we just have to take a look at the characteristics of the Honor 6 Plus, a recently presented terminal that incorporates a base very similar to that of this new mobile. We speak of a smart phone that comes with a processor Kirin 925, 3 gigabytes of RAM, 16 gigabytes of memory (expandable card microSD), a camera main-dual eight megapixels and a battery with 3100 mAh capacity.
All the speculations indicate that the new Honor 7 will probably be presented next May 6.
