The Mate 30 series will not be long in coming. While we wait for Huawei to announce the release date of the Mate 30, Mate 30 Pro and Mate 30 Lite, the rumors and leaks let us know some details of these upcoming phones. Possibly the most interesting leak to date is that of this promotional image, where we can see in great detail the Huawei Mate 30 Pro, the most powerful terminal. It seems that the Mate 30, the midsize model in the series, would arrive with a somewhat different design, according to these leaked images.
The photographs have appeared in SlashLeaks, and show a totally different design to what we have seen so far, and far from the possibilities of being the final design of the Huawei Mate 30. Perhaps this device is a prototype that will not reach the market, or possibly it is the Huawei Mate 30, since the leaks have not given many details about its design either. In the photographs we see very interesting things. For one thing, the chamber has a square shape. It is more in the style of the Mate 30 series, but we do see something more in size in this sensor, and also a greater number of lenses. Specifically, four cameras without counting the laser sensor and LED flash that are in the center. Just below it is the Leica and Huawei logo. The fingerprint reader should be below the screen, as is customary in the company's high-end mobiles.
Notch with double chamber
The back has a rounded finish with a gradient color. It appears to be glass. As for the front, it is not appreciated well, but we can see two cameras in the upper area. This makes us think that the Huawei Mate 30 could have a slightly larger notch than usual. Possibly to add 3D facial recognition. The frames appear to be minimal and the panel has a slight curvature on both sides.
If this is really the physical aspect of the Huawei Mate 30, we see a terminal with design lines very similar to the previous generation. In addition, it would be the first time that Huawei includes a quad camera in the non-Pro model. We will have to wait for future leaks or its official launch to find out.
