The update to Android 9 Pie is now available for the Asus Zenfone 4 terminal model number ZE554KL. This mobile arrived in stores in October 2017, carrying Android 7 Nougat. More autonomy, speed and optimization in the system
Artificial intelligence plays a decisive role in this new version of Android 9 Pie. The operating system will learn from the uses of the mobile owner to prioritize energy over those applications that are used the most, to the detriment of those that are only opened on certain occasions. The 'adaptive battery', which is the name of this new Android 9 Pie function and which you can find in the battery section of your mobile, will make you use less battery with this new operating system.
In addition, the automatic brightness will now not only take into account the amount of light that reaches the screen depending on the environment in which you are, but also the use we give the terminal. If we routinely set the brightness to a certain intensity at a certain time of day, over time Android 9 Pie will learn from this gesture and it will do it automatically, without us mediating it.
And thanks to artificial intelligence, our mobile will be faster on Android 9 Pie. Thanks to this technology, the mobile will be able to anticipate our actions. This new function has been given the name of 'App Actions' and it works as follows: if we activate them in the settings, in the application drawer, a series of actions specific to a certain application will appear at the top, an action that we usually perform a lot, such as a certain call or a message to a certain user.
Gesture navigation
Although some layers of customization did not have to wait for Android 9 Pie to bring gestures to their mobiles (for example, the case of MIUI 10), it was not until the current version that it was made official. Thanks to the gestures, the user can disable the navigation bar, hiding the buttons in order to take better advantage of the screen.
New copy and paste functions
In Android 9 Pie we will have new functions to copy and paste: for example, when we indicate a phone number, next to the copy action, a phone icon will appear. By pressing it, we can call that number directly, without having to open the calling application.
Digital well-being
And we end up with an option that says how much Google cares about our health. Thanks to this application we will be able to see the detailed use that we give to our mobile: time we dedicate to each app, in total, how many times we unlock the mobile, etc. Everything so that we make a healthier use of our mobile and raise our heads more from time to time.
