LG is scheduled to announce the new LG G7 ThinQ on May 2. From what we know from rumors, we expect a feature-rich device. It would have a large 6-inch infinity screen with QuadHD + resolution, dual main camera or the latest Qualcomm processor, Snapdragon 845. Also, according to the latest leaks, the terminal would not disappoint in the sound section either. The LG G7 ThinQ would arrive equipped with a Boombox speaker, which would improve the quality of the audio that we hear. Both when watching a video and playing a song.
The LG G7 ThinQ's Boombox speaker would increase the power up to 6 decibels compared to the speakers of other rival phones. It would also be able to offer twice the bass and would take advantage of whatever surface it was placed on to boost the bass. At the moment we do not know exactly how it would work, although it is said that it would take advantage of the empty space inside to act as a resonance chamber up to ten times louder than other conventional speakers. The company would also use the “V” family Hi-Fi Quad DAC system on this model. In short, we expect a phone with quality audio and hardly any distortion.
From what we know, the LG G7 ThinQ would wear a metallic chassis in various colors with a screen that is very resistant to shocks, drops or scratches. This is because it would have the Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection system. As we say, the screen would have a 6-inch panel with a QuadHD + resolution and an 18: 9 aspect ratio. It would in turn include M + technology for improved brightness and lower power consumption. Inside there would be space for the Snapdragon 845 processor, which would be accompanied by a 4 or 6 GB RAM. With regard to the photographic section, the G7 ThinQ would have a dual 16 megapixel main sensor with f / 1.5 aperture.
On the other hand, the new equipment would also equip a 3,000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0+ fast charge, as well as a connection system to match: GPS, WiFi, LTE, NFC or Bluetooth 5.0. On May 2 we will get out of all doubt and we will finally know what LG has in store for us for this 2018.
