Beyond complex mobiles, full of high-end functions and features, there are other simpler models, specially designed for the elderly or not very advanced users. This is the case with the Doro 8080, a premium-looking device, with an agile technical profile and quick to move like a fish in water. The highlight of this model is the integrated voice assistant, which the company has dubbed Eva, which relies on the Google assistant to offer a more complete experience.
Eva will ask the user what they want to do, just by pressing a button, to carry out their request based on the response. Thus, if the user wants to enter the browser, he will only have to tell Eva "browser" or "access the browser" so that a Google page will automatically open. The same to enter other sections, such as the camera, WhatsApp or Messages. In addition, the Doro 8080 offers its users access to exclusive services such as Response by Doro. In this way, by pressing the assistance button it is possible to quickly connect with an alarm center or with family members for greater peace of mind.
At the design level, the terminal is dressed in a robust chassis with an aluminum frame, which also includes stain protection. Its adherent rear part is covered with a Dragontail glass that is especially resistant to shocks and falls. Also, the buttons are clearly spaced from each other, making it much easier to write messages.
To all this we must add a large screen so as not to get lost in the menus. This is 5.7 inches and has a 2: 1 aspect ratio. But in addition, the Doro 8080 has a louder sound, an integrated camera, as well as a fingerprint reader for greater security of our elders.
