That's how easy it is to record the screen of your samsung mobile without applications
Table of contents:
Until relatively recently, recording the screen of our mobile was something that required, yes or yes, to have complete (and complex) access to the mobile phone or third-party applications. For some time now, different manufacturers have been adding functions in their customization layers that allow us to record the mobile screen without apps in between. This is the case of Samsung, which for a couple of years has chosen to integrate a screen recording function in all its phones, regardless of the model. Galaxy S9, A5o, A71, M20, S20, Note 10… In short, any phone from the company.
How to record screen on Samsung without external apps
The process to record the screen of a Samsung phone is really simple. In general, we can find this function in the quick settings bar; specifically on the second screen, as we can see in the image below.
If the aforementioned function is not found, we can click on the three Options points to add the Screen recording option to the main panel. Once we have activated the option, the system will give us three options to record the screen: Without sound, With system sounds and With microphone and system sounds.
If we opt for the second option, the phone will be able to record the internal sound of the phone. That is, the sounds of Android applications, games and menus. In case of opting for the third option, the phone will activate the recording through the phone's microphone. But the possibilities do not stop there.
Once the phone has started recording the screen, a small floating advantage will be shown to us that will allow us to pause or stop the recording and activate the camera recording. If we activate this last option, the system will record the image of the front camera as a gameplay in a floating bubble that we can move to our liking. The size of this window can be modified through the recording settings, which we will discuss below.
How to change the resolution of videos
If we want to change the video resolution, and therefore the final recording quality, we can go to the Samsung screen recording settings. Just press and hold the option in the quick settings menu for direct access.
Within this menu we can configure different parameters, such as the size of the floating bubble of the selfie camera, the final resolution of the video (720p, 1080p, 1440p…) and the type of sound recording. The possibilities are diverse.
