Much has been said about the OnePlus 7 in recent days. The reason for this is due to the multiple leaks that the terminal has suffered in recent weeks. At the end of the last we could see, for example, its entire data sheet thanks to the filtration of the device in an online store. Days ago we were also able to see part of its design in some images of supposed OnePlus mobile cases. This time it is again thanks to some covers that we can know the final design of OnePlus 7, highlighting its triple rear camera and the inclusion of a sliding system in its front camera.
This will be the design of the OnePlus 7 with retractable camera
There is no longer any doubt. The new generation of OnePlus will feature a sliding front camera and a design that in essence will be very similar to the OnePlus 6T.
As we can see in the images of the terminal covers, the device of the Chinese brand will be practically identical to the model of the current generation. Same dimensions and possibly a larger screen size thanks to the use of the front, the OnePlus 7 will integrate a retractable system in its front camera that will mimic that of the Vivo NEX, OnePlus sister brand.
The system in question will be activated each time the front camera is activated through one or more applications and when using the face unlock. In a similar way to how we saw a few months ago with the NEX, the opening speed will not penalize the user experience in the two cases that we have just mentioned, at least theoretically.
As for the back of the OnePlus 7, here the surprise is found in the largest space left by the case. This makes us think that in addition to the RGB and telephoto sensors that the OnePlus 6 and 6T mount today, the seventh generation of OnePlus will come with a third ToF sensor to measure the depth and volume of objects in 3D.
It remains to be seen if the company chooses to integrate the 10x zoom with up to ten increases that Oppo intends to present next April, although everything indicates that for now we will be left with the desire.
