WiFi repeaters are essential to extend the range of our WiFi network without resorting to routers beyond what is necessary to establish the connection. Just a few months ago we taught how to carry out this same method through two routers connected in parallel. But it is not always necessary to resort to another router or repeater. In fact, today it is possible to do it through a simple application for smartphones. This time we will teach you to use an Android mobile as a WiFi repeater without root or special permissions, all through applications.
Use Android mobile as a WiFi repeater with NetShare no root tethering (paid)
There are several applications that allow us to make a WiFi bridge to amplify the connection signal, however, none works like NetShare no root tethering. Of course, it is a free to play application, as it has a navigation limit that we cannot exceed unless we pay the price of the Pro version.
Once we have downloaded it to our Android mobile, we will open it and see an interface similar to this:
All we have to do to establish the bridge is to click the Start WiFi Hospot button and it will automatically create an access point with a default password and name, which we cannot change.
The last and most important step is to connect devices to the bridge. As it is a private network, we will not be able to access it as we normally would on a normal mobile or computer.
Connect to the hostpot on Android
To connect to the hostpot in question from another Android mobile, it is as simple as downloading the application and clicking on the Tap to Connect option. It will automatically connect to it without having to change parameters in the System Settings.
Connect to the hostpot on Windows and all other systems
Connecting to the WiFi repeater through devices other than Android is something different. The process to follow is the same in all systems. In summary, we must access the Network Settings or Configuration, connect to the network in question, and establish a custom IP address and port (both are predefined by the NetShare application) through a proxy.
In Windows, this process is as simple as right-clicking on the WiFi icon while connected to the network in question and accessing the Proxy menu. Once we are inside, we will click Use proxy server and paste the IP and port data provided by the NetShare application. In our case, the IP address is 192.168.49.1 and port 8282. We will leave the rest of the sections blank until we have something like this:
We will click on Save and now we can connect to the Internet through the application.

Another option to establish a WiFi bridge to repeat the signal and double the range is to use NetShare. Although it is developed by the same company, this time it does not have any type of navigation limit, although the stability of the network leaves a lot to be desired compared to the previous one.
Because o is available on Google Play, we must download the APK through external stores. In our case we have made use of Aptoide.
When we have installed it, sharing the WiFi network to act as a repeater is as simple as clicking Share and the connection will automatically be shared.
To connect from other devices, we must follow the same process described above with the IP and ports pre-established by NetShare.
