The procedure of rooting our Android terminal can cause certain headaches. Search the information on the Internet, carefully follow the steps one by one with fear of making mistakes… Sometimes a good tool is missing with which we only have to connect the mobile phone to the computer and click on different options so that the process is automatic for real. Well, what would you think if we told you that this tool exists and that it can transform the difficult procedure of root and install ROMs in the simplest way possible?
XiaoMiTool, the best tool to root Xiaomi
That tool exists and is called XiaoMiTool. You can go to this link and download it directly to your computer. It does not take up too much space on your hard drive and is so easy to use that even someone without much knowledge could handle it. Of course, as you may have guessed from the name of the tool, it is only compatible with Xiaomi brand terminals. Do not try to root other terminals with this application because it will be impossible. Now if you have a Xioami and want to root it, go ahead.

Before rooting the mobile, yes, you must have the bootloader unlocked. To unlock the bootloader you must follow the steps that we indicate in our special about it. The XiaoMiTool tool has a section to unlock and block the bootloader but we have opted for the traditional way. We cannot confirm that the waiting time to unlock the bootloader can be eliminated thanks to the app.
If you already have the bootloader unlocked and the application installed, connect your mobile to the computer through the microUSB cable and open the application. Next, enter the developer options (if you do not have them activated, press 7 times on the MIUI version that you will find in the 'My device' section and they will appear in 'Additional settings'). Within the developer options, click on ' USB debugging ' and leave it like that. The application will begin to analyze your device and, when it does, you will have to choose between a device that works correctly or another that is bricked.
Here we count on how your phone works normally. Then, if everything goes according to plan, the code for your phone will appear. Click on 'Select'.
If you activated USB Debugging properly, the phone will restart and the main screen will appear in the tool where we can make all kinds of modifications. In this case, for example, we are going to install the stable Xiaomi.eu ROM. It is a more optimized modification and weekly update, based on the Chinese ROM but perfectly adjusted to Spanish.
Next, in this case, we will choose Xiaomi.eu rom - Stable.
Click on 'continue' as many times as necessary and let the XiaoMiTools tool do its job. To install the ROM it will enable, momentarily, a custom recovery. Do not unplug the mobile under any circumstances and follow all the instructions that appear on the tool. At the end you will have the phone as fresh from the factory and with the new ROM. Of course, as always, you will have lost all your data.
Once the ROM installation has completed, the terminal will still be without Roots permissions. To get them you will have to choose the option 'Mods, root and TWRP '.
