The Samsung Galaxy have Google applications and services. This is why when configuring a device it asks us to enter our Google account. So we can synchronize our data, download applications through Google Play or access apps such as Gmail, Google One etc. But maybe you want to delete your account from a Samsung mobile. These steps have been carried out with a Samsung Galaxy mobile with One UI 2.0, Samsung's customization layer in 2020. However, it may also work in previous or higher versions.
If you only want to delete the Google account but still use the device, follow the steps below. First, head over to the system settings. You can do it through the 'Settings' app or by sliding the notification panel and clicking on the icon that appears in the upper area, next to the off button. Next, go to Cloud and accounts. Click on the 'Accounts' option. You will see that a list appears with all the associated accounts. If you have logged into more than one Google account, they will also appear, but separately.
Click on the Google account you want to remove from your Samsung mobile. Then click on 'Remove account'. Confirm that you want to delete the account from your device.
Keep in mind that this option will not permanently delete your Google account. It will just remove it from the device. You can always log in again when you access a Google app or service that requires a login.

Another method to remove our Google account is by resetting the settings. Of course, in this case not only the Google one will be deleted, also all those that we have on the device. To reset the settings of a Samsung mobile, follow the steps below.
- Go to Settings
- Enter General Administration
- Click on Reset
- Select the Reset Settings option
Finally, enter the PIN code and confirm the reset of the settings. Wait a few seconds for the device to reboot. When it is turned on again, you will still retain the data but the settings will return to factory settings, so the Google account will not appear.
