But there is also the possibility of placing more professional images, perfectly framed for the screen of our smartphone. They are the ones that Samsung offers in its store. To access them, simply press the image that we have as the wallpaper. Once done, a menu will jump down, in which we will go to Wallpapers and themes. Once that option is selected, we will enter the Samsung Themes store , where we can choose from hundreds of free and paid wallpapers. Also, for this main screen, Samsung gives us the option to view it in full or with the icons that we choose in Settings> Screen> Home screen> Screen design.
There we can also choose the icons by grid, if we want to see the Applications button or if, directly, we want to hide them. Also in Settings> Display> Icon frames we have the possibility to see only the icons or a frame that Samsung has added in this edition of the Galaxy S8. To change the tone and temperature of the colors, just go to Settings> Display> Screen mode and there choose between four options: Adaptive display, Cinema AMOLED, Photo AMOLED and Basic. Below we can also configure the temperature of the colors and if we customize the tone of each color individually, there we can also choose between themes - change the clock model and type of numbers and letters- and icons- Different styles of seeing the app icons - And also different styles for the Always On Display (AOD) , which is what we will explain next.

- Launchers
The Samsung Galaxy S8 is one of the most customizable Android phones on the market. From launchers to wallpapers, through the Always On Display, all these modes can be configured to our liking. For this, we can not only count on our images, but Samsung has made an effort and has significantly expanded its offer of themes for these categories in its store. So here are several options to customize your Samsung Galaxy S8.

Always On Display
If you select to activate the Always On Display (always see the date and time when the S8 screen is inactive), you should know that you do not just have to limit yourself to the six different styles that the Galaxy S8 suggests. But if they are enough for you, you just have to go to Settings> Lock screen and security> Always On Display. When you enter Always On Display and activate it, you can see six configuration options. One of which allows you to place an image from your gallery as a background.
But if you prefer to customize it in another way, on that same screen three vertical dots appear in the upper right. When the drop-down menu opens, you will see the Samsung Themes option, and by pressing there you will access the Samsung store to select from wallpapers, themes or styles for the AOD (bottom right). You can see them by categories, such as New, Popular or Featured. And there are paid and free.
Launchers
The launchers are the interface of our Galaxy S8. And although Samsung has improved it a lot, there are those who continue to prefer other options to the one that the South Korean brand brings as standard in its franchise phone. In this case, Samsung and its store do not provide users with options, so we will have to download these independent launchers from Google Play. Here are some notable options:
Google Now Launcher
Google's interface brings the Pixel experience to Samsung, the most Android possible of all the options. It's less customizable than Samsung's own interface, and there's no support for icon packs or gesture shortcuts. Google Now is designed for those who come from Pixel and or Nexus.
Apex Launcher
With quite similar to the Google interface, Apex brings as new features for the Galaxy S8 the scaling of icons, the ability to change the scrolling options or loops on the home screen.
Peek Launcher
Peek is an interface with a single home screen that also has a T9 keyboard on it. The interface remembers the most used apps to keep them present on the screen. To access the rest, we just have to type the first letters with the keyboard and they will appear quickly. It is a more than interesting bet for the most minimalists.
Microsoft Arrow Launcher
Microsoft's interface is a mix between Samsung's original and Google's proposal. It automatically changes the wallpaper every day thanks to the Bing image support and its home screen imports the design that we have in the previous interface. On the left of the screen we will find a center similar to Bixby; that will show us recent photos, text messages or nearby events.
Action Launcher
Action Launcher is a highly customizable interface, from icon packs to renaming apps or letters. Its greatest particularity is its sliding panels, since they slide vertically and not horizontally like most interfaces. If we slide horizontally we will see additional widgets and apps. We can also hide folders and icons behind other icons.
