If you have decided to change from an iPhone or iPad to an Android mobile or tablet, transferring the stored contacts will be very easy with the following steps. The only thing that will be needed is to have the iCloud service activated and to have, of course, an open Google account. From there, you only need to follow the following indications.
The first thing to do is synchronize the contacts section of the iPhone or iPad with the iCloud online service account. Once the process has finished, the user must go to a computer and open the Internet browser. Once inside, you will have to enter the iCloud service (www.icloud.com) and enter the validation data: username and password.
Next, you must enter the icon that refers to «Contacts» and you can see that in the lower left corner there is a small icon in the shape of a wheel that refers to the «Actions menu». By choosing this option, a file with a VCF extension will be automatically downloaded to your computer, containing the entire list of contacts stored on the iPhone or iPad and that have been synchronized with the iCloud service. Next, you will have to go to Google's email service, GMail. For this, it is necessary to have an operational Internet giant account.
Once inside, you can see that between the Google logo and the "Write" button appears the name of the service, GMail. If you click on the name, you will see a tab where you can choose between three sections: mail, contacts and tasks. Obviously, the option that interests is the second. By clicking on it, the user will be redirected to the complete list of contacts that they have created and it will be the place where they want to import all the contacts that were previously stored on one of Apple's computers.
