One of the problems when downloading many applications is that finding them can become a very complicated task if you do not put some order. If you have an iPhone, it is possible to order them alphabetically, so that once installed it is easy for you to locate them. Thus, if you download Spotify, you already know that this app is going to be almost in the last position, or if you like to use Pokémon Go, it is normal that it is approximately in the middle.
Sorting applications alphabetically on an iPhone or iPad is a very simple task. Just follow a few steps to enjoy more order and convenience on the home screen. Now, if you are already somewhat used to the little chaos of your mobile, and basically you locate the apps by instinct, we advise you to take some screenshots of how your applications are positioned before trying this trick. This way, in the event that you can't figure out the alphabetical order, you can put them back the way they were previously.
Sort your apps alphabetically
The first thing you have to do is go to the settings section of your iPhone or iPad and click on General. Once inside go to the bottom and click on Reset. Here you will see a series of different options (Reset settings, Delete content and settings, Reset network settings…). Go to Reset home screen and confirm the action. Now you just have to go to the home panel to check that, indeed, all your applications are arranged alphabetically.
Keep in mind that they will appear neat, but Apple applications will always be displayed first. When the official list ends, just at that moment the apps you have will begin to be shown by the letter A, then by the letter B, C, D and so on. Now you can breathe easy because it will not cost you anything to locate that tool that previously took you half an hour to find it among the large number of installed applications.
