In the event that the SIM card is stuck in the passenger compartment, it is very likely that it is blocking the spring that operates the tray. The only viable solution is to use a larger skewer that allows for a greater force than the original skewer.
The ideal is to use a watchmaker's screwdriver or a handle that allows us to grip the skewer with force. Once we have made sure that the end fits into the hole in the tray, all you have to do is use force to remove the SIM card. If this solution does not work, we will have to send the phone to a technical service to remove the back cover. We can also apply heat ourselves to the lid and remove it with the appropriate tools, although it is not available to everyone.
