Table of contents:
The new LG G3 brings with it certain novelties compared to the previous flagship of the South Korean manufacturer LG, the LG G2. One of these novelties resides in the ways of taking a screenshot that we now have at our disposal at the moment when we want to immortalize the content that we are seeing on the mobile screen.
Next we are going to take a look at all the methods that we have at our disposal to take a screenshot on the LG G3. We can make a capture of any type of content: from the mobile home screen to an application or even a game. All the screenshots we take from the LG G3 are stored in the image gallery in the form of image files (just like a photograph).
How to take a screenshot on the LG G3
Method 1.
- First we go to the screen that we want to immortalize by capturing.
- Once we have chosen the content that we want to appear in the screenshot, we press the power button and the volume down button at the same time. Both buttons appear on the back of the mobile (on the case), and we can press them at the same time using a single finger.
- We must hold down both buttons for a few seconds, and once we have released them, we will see that an animation will appear on the mobile phone showing us the screenshot that we have just made. This capture will also be available in the notification bar in the form of a notification, so that we can share it directly through social networks, mail or any other application. If what we want is to remove it from the notification bar, we will simply have to slide the notification to the right.
Method 2.
The second method is even more interesting if possible since it allows us to directly edit the screenshots, adding any text to the screen that we have just immortalized. The steps to follow in this case are the following:
- We choose the screen that we want to appear in the capture and click on the central button of the three virtual buttons that appear at the bottom of the screen. We must keep the finger pressed at the same time that we slide it from that button upwards.
- We will see that at that moment a kind of semi-circle with a gray background will open in which three options will appear. What interests us in this case is to drag our finger to the option on the right, that is, the QMemo + option (it is represented by the icon of a Q).
- We release our finger on that option and we can both take the screen capture and add the edition we want in the form of text or in the form of drawings.
- As in the previous case, the screenshot that we take can also be shared with anyone else through different means: social networks, email, etc.
