Not too long ago, traveling abroad, especially if we used the plane, could mean a huge financial outlay that not all of us could bear. Fortunately, this is now a thing of the past. Low-cost companies such as Ryanair or Vueling have made it possible for more public to afford a weekend getaway at a reasonable price. And in those we are here and now: we are going to teach you how to use your mobile to have cheap flights, special occasions and travel offers at hand that you will not be able to refuse.
Find cheap flights with your Android mobile
Pirate travelers
Don't be suspicious of its name: behind 'Pirate Travelers' hides a totally legitimate application that will provide you with flights and accommodation at incredible prices. The worst, as always, is to find one that really fits our free time, and that the flight does not always leave from our city, increasing the price of the trip. However, we invite you to take a look at this application as we are always going to find interesting offers.
The application is very easy to use: on the main screen you will see the most recent offers. If you click on the offer, you will see its details. At the top of the screen we can choose between several search categories such as flights, vacation packages, cruises and hotels, all always aimed at offering substantial prices. If, for example, we choose 'flights', the application will offer us only flight offers. For the packages we will have to choose 'Holidays' and if we only need accommodation, we will click on 'Hotels'. In the magnifying glass icon we can search for the cityto which we want to travel and check if there is an offer available than another. In addition, in the lower section of 'Notifications' we can configure some elements of the trip so that the app will notify us when an offer that matches them appears.

Skyscanner
A powerful cheap flight search engine that you can always have at hand on your Android phone. To use this tool you do not have to create an account, and you can start planning the trip in a moment. The main screen consists of a calendar in which you will put the dates on which you want to travel. You can also choose some of the dates that the application proposes and that you can find at the bottom of the screen. If you click on ' I need inspiration ' you can leave your trip in the hands of luck. You must enter the place of departure and destination, although the latter can be left free.
At the bottom of the application we find a series of icons with which to enrich the user experience: we can explore the most popular destinations, add a flight to track the price (for this we will need to have an account in the app) as well as accessing our profile.

Ryanair
Now we are not going to explain any application but rather a direct link that you can access from your phone and look at the cheapest flights that, at that moment, the Ryanair company is offering. Although it is true that this company offers very affordable flights, you should bear in mind that, recently, it changed its policy by preventing bringing hand luggage onto the plane for free, now being the price of 10 euros for each trip. If you don't want to pay, you can only get on the plane with a small backpack. With that in mind, let's go with the Ryanair trick of finding cheap flights.
Open your browser and go directly to this link through your mobile. Be patient because it will take a while to load the interface. Once the loading is complete, we will fill in the two boxes that appear, one for the place of departure and one for the destination, being able to leave it blank. Below are the cheapest Ryanair flights according to the departure airport. Keep in mind that for round trips you need to search again, but in reverse. That is, if the trip is from Seville to Paris, then you will have to look for a cheap flight from Paris to Seville.
Google Flights
Now we are going to use Google's own search tool to find cheap flights on our mobile. To do this, we are going to place the following link in the search engine to access the main search screen. The main screen consists of four tabs: 'Travel', 'Explore', 'Flights' and 'Hotels'. By default, we will access the 'Flights' screen where we will place the place of departure and destination as well as the dates chosen for the trip. Later we can set search filters such as the number of stopovers, airlines, duration and class of the flight, etc.
We can also choose to consult the trips suggested by Google's own page, explore popular destinations, consult already scheduled trips, locate them through the reservations we have in Gmail, etc. Google Flights is a very comfortable and simple tool to search for cheap flights with our own mobile phone.
Kayak
And we return to the world of Android applications with another one that you cannot miss on your mobile if you want to search for and capture the cheapest flight. Its name is Kayak, it is free, and this is all you will be able to find in it. Searches can be done without having an account in the application.
On the main screen we choose our departure city, which can be automatically detected by the application. Then, if we want to be surprised by the app, we can click on ' Explore the world ', after entering the flight date and the number of passengers. In the application we can also find cheap accommodation.
