Google Play Store is the solution to supply the user of an Android mobile with as many applications as they need to customize the functions and utilities of their device. But it usually happens that, either driven by the download fever, or by the curiosity that the thousands of options available on the Android portal can arouse, we end up saturating the memory of the phone. In any case, if we find ourselves in need of having to delete applications installed on our phone, and this turns out to be the Samsung Galaxy S4, we will be interested in following the next steps.
Those who follow the battery of tips dedicated to the Samsung Galaxy S4 will know that there is no single way to execute according to which tasks from this phone. And so, once again, if we want to uninstall applications on the flagship of the South Korean firm, we will have a couple of ways to do it. The first one takes us to the system settings menu, which we have at our fingertips by pressing, from the main screen, on the capacitive key on the front, to the left of the start button. We could also launch this menu by displaying the notification window and clicking on the gear icon located in the upper right.
Once inside, let's distinguish between the four tabs in the upper area. We will be interested in selecting the fourth, in which it says briefly "More". We will then access a menu among whose options we will have to click on «Application manager». A new selection palette will open here, scrollable from left to right. The first one shows the downloaded applications. At this point, it will be enough to go to those that we are interested in deleting, click on them and, at that moment, choose if we want to uninstall or disable "" some apps integrated in the system cannot simply be deleted "", delete the data that has been generated or move it to the microSD memory card.
And so far, that first method that leads us to remove the applications that we do not use or do not want to use on the Samsung Galaxy S4. Now let's see the other way of proceeding which, as usual, is much simpler. We just have to go to the application menu and once we have the app grid in front of us, click on the capacitive button that we previously located to the left of the start key. Among the options that will be displayed, we will select "Uninstall". At that moment, the icons that lead us to the applications that we want to delete will be marked with a black circle that includes a red bar inside. By clicking on it, we will be presented with a notice as a step prior to deleting the application. As simple as that.
There are methods to get rid of native applications pre-installed on the Samsung Galaxy S4, although for this you have to get your hands on the system through techniques such as rooting that can cause a serious problem if we do not proceed correctly. That is why those who want to remove them, although without deleting them, resort to disabling instead of uninstalling.
