MIUI 11 is coming to all those Xiaomi mobiles compatible with the latest version of the system. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi.eu development program tries to translate and adapt all MIUI 11 ROMs from Chinese to Spanish before the release of the global and stable version in Spain and the rest of the Spanish-speaking countries. The differences of a Xiaomi EU ROM with respect to the stable global version we already saw in this other article.
The main one is based precisely on the fact that the first is a Chinese ROM translated into Spanish without garbage applications in between, while the second is a version developed and adapted by Xiaomi itself. How to install a Xiaomi.eu ROM on a Xiaomi mobile
As it is a modified ROM, the minimum requirement to install MIUI 11 through this method is based precisely on having a phone with the modified recovery; preferably TWRP. As this process may vary depending on the Xiaomi phone we have, we recommend you turn to pages such as HTCmanía or XDA Developers so as not to make any mistakes.
The process once we have installed TWRP is very simple. First, we will have to move the ZIP file of the ROM to the storage root from the Downloads folder. Then we will restart the phone to start TWRP by clicking on the off button and Volume up at the same time and click on Install.
Now we just have to select the ZIP file that we just downloaded and wait for the ROM to install correctly.
