All operators, regardless of which one you have (Movistar, Vodafone, Orange…), have a call forwarding service. This allows the user to direct the calls received to another number in case of not being able to answer them. It is possible to configure it in several ways: automatically divert all incoming calls; do it only when communicating, not answering or rejecting the call; or divert when the device is off, out of range or without battery.
If you need to configure call forwarding on your mobile or landline and you don't know how to do it, then we explain all the steps you have to take to activate it in Movistar, Vodafone and Orange.
