Google Photos is, without a doubt, one of the best applications that we can find on iOS or Android. The Google gallery app offers endless possibilities, compatibility with all terminals, and excellent backup and synchronization. Of course, Photos also allows us to share albums, we show you how you can do it.
To share an album in Google Photos you must open the app and select the category 'Albums', located in the lower panel. If you have not created an album, you can do it in the same section, clicking on 'Create album' and selecting the photos you want to appear. When you have the album you want to share, click on it and select the three points in the upper area.
Click on the share icon. You will see that different options appear, some of these are very interesting. For example, the get link option allows us to create a link to share quickly with all our friends. When they receive it, they will access the album through the online page of Google Photos or the application. We can also share it through different social networks or WhatsApp.
Share via email or phone
Finally, we have the possibility to select or enter an email address or a phone number (you will receive it by SMS), regardless of whether you have Google Photos. When we have shared the album with a user through email we can see their contact in the album as a guest. In addition, the user will be able to like the photos or comment. Of course, with the possibility that the creator of the album can modify the comments.
You also have the ability to create a shared album and add the users you want to see the photos. To do this, go to the 'Albums' option, select the menu in the upper area and click on 'Shared Album'.
