Although Samsung mobiles do not usually present problems, due to the number of devices that are currently on the market, there may be cases that affect some components of the different terminals of the company. For some time now, some users have been reporting Bluetooth problems with their Samsung phones: it does not connect, it does not activate, it does not connect with the car, the headphones are not connected… This time we have compiled some of these problems to solve them without going through service as long as it is not a hardware-related problem.
Solution 1: check battery optimization
The Bluetooth problems of some Samsung mobiles may be due to the function of the system that allows us to optimize the use of the battery of the processes that run in the background. The solution is to go to the Settings application; more specifically to Applications. Then we will click on the three Options points and select the Special access option and then Optimize battery use.
Within this screen, we will click on the drop-down menu to select the System Applications option or All. Finally we will have to make sure that the Bluetooth, Bluetooth MIDI Service and BluetoothTest processes are checked. Otherwise we will have to mark them to solve the problem with Bluetooth. If the settings are checked by default we can try to uncheck them.
Solution 2: remove the apps to control the smartwatch
So is. Some users have reported that the problems have been solved as a result of uninstalling certain applications aimed at controlling the smartwatch. HPLUS is one of these applications, although there are dozens of other lesser known brands.
This may be due to a permission conflict between the application in question and the Bluetooth connection of the mobile phone. We can also try to uninstall all those applications that require the use of Bluetooth to work.
Solution 3: unpair problem Bluetooth devices
It may seem like a simple solution, but the truth is that it is quite effective. Completely removing the device and syncing it again can solve any problem related to the phone's Bluetooth connection.
Solution 4: use the Bluetooth Pair app
It is an application that allows us to manage connections to other Bluetooth devices independently of Android's own management. We can download it for free from Google Play.
After installing the application, the steps to follow to synchronize devices are practically identical to those of Android. Before synchronizing any device we will have to unlink it from Android through the Settings application.
Solution 5: reset the network settings
Another option that we can use to solve Bluetooth problems is to reset the network settings through the Reset option that we can find in the Settings application. Within this option we will accept the operation to proceed with the restoration.
It should be noted that all the Bluetooth and WiFi connections that we have previously registered on the mobile will be completely deleted. Once all networks have been reestablished, the Bluetooth connection should work without a problem.
Solution 6: hard reset the phone
To rule out that we are facing a hardware problem, the last solution to which we can resort is neither more nor less than to completely reset the terminal. As this will delete all the information hosted on the device, it is recommended to back up your applications and data. Finally we will access the Reset section that we have used in the previous section.
During this process the system is likely to reboot several times. For this reason, it is recommended to have a battery level of not less than 50%.
