Who doesn't remember BlackBerry? Despite being overshadowed by other manufacturers, the company has just launched a new mobile that it has dubbed the BlackBerry Motion. The new device has not inherited the keyboard from its ancestors. It comes as a phone with a touch panel, no physical keyboard, and mid-range features. Among some of the most outstanding we can mention an eight-core processor or a 4,000 mAh battery with fast charge.
BlackBerry has joined the times with a new terminal, BlackBerry Motion. Its design is elegant, very much in line with current rivals. Not missing a fingerprint reader on the front (start button) and the company seal. Both on the front and on the back. The screen of this new model has a size of 5.5 inches and a FullHD resolution (1,980 × 1,080 pixels), which gives it a density of 400 pixels per inch.
Battery with fast charge and water protection
Inside the BlackBerry Motion there is room for an eight-core Snapdragon 625 processor running at 2 GHz. This Soc is accompanied by a 4 GB RAM. In this way, we will not have to worry too much about moving heavy applications or making use of several simultaneous processes. The device is also IP67 certified, making it splash and dust resistant.
Despite the fact that the device is official, the company has not provided some details of interest. We do not know, for example, the internal storage capacity or what resolution the camera has. We hope to find out in the next few days and expand the news. For its part, we do know what type of connectivity it uses. The BlackBerry Motion has LTE connectivity on both SIMs (it's dual SIM), WiFi, GPS, headphone jack, Bluetooth, and, as we say, fingerprint reader. It also equips a 4,000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 fast charge.
Availability and price
The BlackBerry Motion will land in the United Arab Emirates in the coming days at an exchange rate of 400 euros. Apparently, its international availability will increase before the end of the year.
