The mobile with a keyboard refuses to die. In a new attempt, Blackberry (or rather, TCL Communication) has presented its new BlackBerry KEYone model in Spain. This model recovers the classic aesthetics of the brand, with a QWERTY keyboard, although this time with a larger screen than usual, 4.5 inches, and Android 7 Nougat operating system.
The presentation in Spain has been made by the hand of Vodafone and oriented especially to the professional world. The Blackberry keyboard was once a huge attraction for all those professionals who needed to consult, but also write, long texts from their mobile. For this reason, Blackberry expects to attract some users who still miss the keys for their work mobile.
Features of the Blackberry KEYone
Apart from the classic keyboard, which now includes a multitude of shortcuts to increase typing speed, the Blackberry KEYone also includes a 12-megapixel rear camera with f / 2.0 aperture. As for the front camera, it is an 8 megapixel sensor with f / 2.2 aperture and the possibility of recording video in Full HD.
The included processor is a Snapdragon 625, with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. Regarding the operating system, no experiments: Android 7.1 Nougat. And if we talk about autonomy, in the Blackberry KEYone we find a 3500 mAh battery that promises up to 26 hours of use without a load, ideal for use at work without fear of being hung up.
In addition, through the Blackberry Hub cloud system, the user can save all their work messages from emails, social networks or even SMS in the same place, to be able to consult them later easily.
Availability with Vodafone
The operator offers this device in its stores and websites for 384 euros in cash with the Autonomous or Company plans. It can also be obtained for 16 euros per month for 24 months, without initial payment, in the Red M and Red L rates. If we prefer to take them with the Mini S or Smart S rates, the price would be 10 euros per month, with a payment initial 200 euros. With these two rates, the total price will end up being 415 euros.
