Are you having problems with some Apple cloud services? You are not the only ones. The company itself has published that they are having intermittent problems with several of their online services. Among those affected are some as important as the App Store, the iTunes Store or Apple Music. Those from Cupertino have published it on their own website to notify all users.
The problems have been seen as small cuts. For example, in the App Store and Mac Store it does not load the images of the applications. Or it won't let you update the applications. Other services, such as iTunes U or Apple TV, are also having problems.
Some Apple online services have outages
According to Apple's System Status web page, many iCloud services are having "intermittent problems. " This page informs the status of the services, both to users and to developers.
Apparently the problems started yesterday and are replaying in the form of intermittent outages. The services affected at the user level are the following:
- App Store
- Apple Music
- Apple tv
- iTunes
- iTunes Store
- iTunes U
- Mac App Store
As we mentioned, the Apple control panel marks possible intermittent problems in these services.
Regarding developer services, Apple reports that there could be issues with the following:
- In-App Purchase
- iTunes Sandbox
At the moment it does not seem any type of hacker attack, but rather some problem with the servers. So we are confident that service will be restored soon.
