Huawei's sub-brand, Honor, is scheduled to unveil its new device on October 11. The terminal, which will be called Honor 8C, is already available in the official online store VMall in China to buy in advance. In this way, we have been able to know all its characteristics and prices. The Honor 8C will cost around 130 euros and will land in four different colors: black, purple, gold and blue.
According to VMall's listing, the Honor 8C features a 6.26-inch IPS LCD screen and an HD + resolution of 1,520 x 720 pixels. It offers a screen-to-body ratio of 80.4 percent and a 19: 9 aspect ratio. This means that we are facing a mobile with almost no presence of frames, although it does not lack a notch or notch on the front. At the design level, this model is built in aluminum and glass with a very clean back, in which there is only room for the fingerprint reader and the double camera (located in a vertical position). The Honor logo is not missing a little below the main sensor.
Inside the Honor 8C there would be room for a Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 processor. This SoC includes 4 Kryo 250 performance cores at 1.8 GHz and 4 Kryo 250 efficiency cores at 1.8 GHz. It would be accompanied by an Adreno 605 graphics, as well as for 4 GB of RAM. With regard to storage, the device would offer 64 GB, expandable through the use of microSD-type cards. For photography, the Honor 8C would have a dual 13-megapixel main camera with f / 1.8 apertureand a 2 megapixel monochrome sensor with f / 2.4 aperture. The front camera would carry support for face unlocking by AI and would have a resolution of 8 megapixels with f / 2.0 aperture. The connectivity features that would be available on the Honor 8C would be 4G VoLTE, dual-SIM support, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n, GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
For the rest, the Honor 8C would equip a 4,000 mAh battery with support for fast charging. It would also be governed by Android 8.1 Oreo OS alongside EMUI 8.2.
